Mental Health & Sleep

Postpartum mental health changes drastically — sometimes week to week. Generic screening tools weren't built for moms. We use a postpartum-specific screen and check in 1–2 times per month, because that's the cadence the symptoms actually move on.

Who it's for

If this sounds like you, the discovery call is built for this.

Moms experiencing anxiety, depression, mood shifts, brain fog, irritability, or disrupted sleep that started in pregnancy or after birth — at any point postpartum.

How the program works

Four steps. Built on labs you can re-read.

  1. 01

    Postpartum-specific screening

Our own intake form, built for postpartum moms — not the generic EPDS or PHQ-9 most clinics use. It captures the symptoms moms actually experience.

  2. 02

    Clinical conversation

A postpartum practitioner reviews your screen and your full intake — sleep, mood, energy, cycle, supplements, partner support — and builds an approach around all of it together, not in isolation.

  3. 03

    Ongoing follow-through

We re-check 1–2 times per month, because postpartum mental health can shift fast. You see the trend over time, not just a single snapshot.

What we measure

If we don't measure it, we can't improve it.

  • Postpartum-specific mental-health screening (proprietary, not EPDS / PHQ-9)
  • Patient-reported mood, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • Sleep quality and patterns (subjective, patient-reported)
  • Energy across the day
Patient outcomes

What patients see — measured, not promised.

  • Patients report a clearer sense of what's improving and what isn't, week to week
  • Mental-health support coordinated alongside hormone, thyroid, and nutrient work — not in a silo
  • 1–2 check-ins per month means changes get caught early, not at the next quarterly visit

Individual outcomes vary. The clinical claims here are general — your discovery call covers what's likely true for your specific intake and labs.

Questions

What patients ask about this program.

  • No. We're a clinical practice — not a therapy clinic. We screen, track, and support you medically; when therapy is the right next step, we coordinate referrals to therapists who specialize in perinatal mental health.
