Stacia Scott is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the founder of Postpartum Care USA, where she leads a revolutionary approach to holistic postpartum recovery. Inspired by both personal and professional experience, she’s passionate about helping women heal from hormone imbalances, burnout, and postnatal depletion through root-cause medicine.
Married to my high school sweetheart and a proud mom of three. I love all things health, nutrition, and fitness. You can often find me hiking, exploring nature, and staying active with my family.
As a mom of three, I deeply understand the physical, emotional, and mental challenges that come with the postpartum journey. Navigating recovery while trying to care for a new baby (or babies!) can feel overwhelming and isolating. My passion for health and fitness fuels my mission to support and empower women during this sacred season—helping them rebuild strength, confidence, and a sense of self from the inside out. You’re not alone, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
Married for 5 years with three kids Norah (almost 3) and twin boys, Kip and Hank (almost 1). I love to bake (when time allows), be outside with my family, and would like to think I have a green thumb but I am still working on this skill/hobby (maybe one day!!)
I’m deeply passionate about supporting postpartum moms because I know how overwhelming and isolating this season can be—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Too often, mothers are expected to bounce back without adequate support or understanding. I believe every mom deserves compassionate, personalized care that honors her body’s healing process and nurtures her whole self. I love helping moms feel seen, supported, and empowered during this fragile time!
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my goldendoodle, tending to my garden, and attending symphonies.
I have been supporting new mothers and families in the postpartum field since 2021, and I am deeply passionate about helping women recover and thrive during this incredibly sensitive season of life. My journey began when I served as a doula with the Johns Hopkins Birth Companions program, where I discovered my love for educating families on newborn care, the emotional and physical changes that come with welcoming a baby, and the critical emergency signs that should never be overlooked.
As an expectant mother myself, I understand firsthand how much support and reassurance is needed during the postpartum period. Too often, the emotional and physical transitions of recovery are minimized or missed by providers, which is why I believe one-on-one support is so essential for proper healing and peace of mind.
I have been married to my husband Alex for almost 10 years. Our daughter Harper is 8 and son Levi is 5. If you can’t find us at the hockey rink (both kiddos and Alex play ice hockey), we are likely doing something with our church - Northview. I also work at Riley as a pediatric oncology NP and love taking care of the bravest tiny humans and their families.
I want to help postpartum moms recover mostly due to my own experience. After my daughter Harper was born, I had almost every symptom and I feel like I didn’t get the care I needed. I am thrilled to be able to be that change for moms who feel the same way I did!
My husband and I have a lively toddler who keeps us on our toes and fills our life with joy. I love exploring new places, traveling, trying new foods and restaurants, cooking, and baking whenever I can steal a little time for myself.
Having navigated my own postpartum journey, I know firsthand the emotional and physical challenges of this season. I often think, “I wish I had found this kind of support when I was postpartum,” and that inspired me to become a guide for other moms. With a background in fertility and reproductive medicine, I’ve supported families on their journey to parenthood—and now I’m passionate about helping them through the postpartum period as well.
I love helping parents feel confident, supported, and empowered, offering guidance on nutrition, lab reviews, supplementation, and overall wellness, while helping them embrace the small joys amidst the chaos. My goal is to make the postpartum period a little less overwhelming and a lot more joyful, helping moms find balance, self-care, and confidence during one of life’s most transformative times.
Wife to Kellen, mother of Jay (5) and Addie (1)
I enjoy learning more about helping others through nutrition and lifestyle, doing art, walking in nature, and spending time with my husband and children.
When I became a mother, I quickly realized how difficult it was to feel like I was taking care of myself and my family in a way that provided everyone with what they needed. I wasn't feeling my best and now I needed to care for my sweet babies that needed my best. I set out on a mission to learn as much as I could to help nourish myself and my family in a way that felt doable in this stage of life and also provided the best chance to give us all what we needed to thrive optimally. I am so thankful to do this for my family and I want to help other moms to the same!
When I am not counseling mothers on how food affects their bodies, I am chasing around my three biggest blessings, Elias, Logan Grace, and Avery. The Lord continues to show me grace as my husband Kyle, and I navigate this season of life we are in. Although this sounds crazy, running is my outlet, and one of my many forms of self care. Teaching my children to treat our bodies with kindness, and nourish it with love is something I will never take for granted!
Nutrition has always been a passion of mine. As a D1 cross country/track and field athlete at Purdue University, I was always focused on nourishing my body to compete at its best. After college, and after my first baby, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in Human Nutrition, focusing on maternal and infant nutrition. I realized the utmost importance of food as healing in the postpartum period.
I’ve been with my husband Matt for 20 years and we’ve been married 13 of those. My oldest son Chase just turned 11, my daughter Collins is 7 (almost 8), and my rainbow baby Cooper is 2 (almost 3). We have a 2 year old golden retriever puppy named Carl. I enjoy reading, love watching my favorite TV shows (any documentary!), listening to music (country is my favorite ), and riding my Peloton bike.
I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 13.5 years. I currently work in the NICU here in Indianapolis as well as Postpartum Care USA. I lost a baby before I had Cooper; it was one of the most traumatic and awful things I ever went through - compounded by lack of support or empathy, especially from my OB office. I swore to myself that I would try to find a way to support even one mom going through a bereavement postpartum and PPCU found me.
I truly love the holistic aspect of our clinic because I feel it’s so much more than physical care you must return to yourself postpartum.
My husband and I are high school sweethearts and have been married for almost eight years. We have two children, our son who is 3 years old and our daughter who is twenty months old. They bring us so much joy!
After being a postpartum nurse for over nine years in the hospital setting and then having my first child, I was able to truly understand how isolated and vulnerable postpartum life can be. I experienced things like postpartum anxiety, fatigue, brain fog, among other things that made it feel almost impossible to be able to enjoy my beautiful newborn baby boy. At the time I felt like no one could understand. Now I know that how I felt is all too common but not at all normal! Being a mama is the best gift and every single mother deserves to feel her best in order to enjoy life to the fullest!
My husband and I have 3 kids - 11yrs, 6yrs, and 3yrs old. I enjoy going on walks outside, reading books, watching shows with my husband.
I'm passionate about helping postpartum women recover because I’ve lived through the struggle myself. After giving birth, I experienced intense symptoms that deeply affected my well-being. I reached out for help, only to be told my lab results were “normal” and left without real support. That experience made me feel like I was the problem, simply because there was no clear medical solution. I was left feeling overwhelmed, defeated, and completely alone in my struggle. That’s why I’m so passionate about ensuring every mom feels truly seen, supported, and empowered to heal. Our children grow so quickly, and every mom deserves to feel her best so she can fully enjoy those fleeting moments with them. I’ve found healing, and I want other moms to know they can too—there’s hope, and they’re not alone.
I have been with my husband for 16 years, married for 9. We have 3 kids: a 7 year old daughter, 4 year old son, & 6 month old daughter! We spend lots of time at our lake house during the summer. I enjoy reading and working out when I have time to myself!
I have been through a different postpartum journey with each of my three kids. Although I felt more confident as a mother each time, nothing prepared me for the emotional and physical toll it would take. I love helping mamas find joy and ways to embrace these special moments in motherhood. I am so grateful for the support I received and want to support other mamas during this beautifully chaotic time in their lives!
I am married to Nick and we have 2 beautiful kiddos! I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, walking, crafting with my kiddos, traveling/exploring new places and trying new coffee shops, breweries and restaurants.
Postpartum care is my passion. As a nurse and lactation consultant, I love supporting new mamas as they navigate the transition to motherhood. After my second baby, I experienced extreme fatigue, irritability, and postpartum rage. I was surviving but definitely not thriving. This was a very different experience compared to my first postpartum experience. I wasn’t the mom I wanted to be. At seven months postpartum, after some hesitation, I finally joined PPCU as a patient. Lab work revealed how depleted I really was, and that I had likely never fully recovered from my first pregnancy. After getting labs drawn and starting my personalized postpartum plan, I quickly began to heal and feel like myself again. After my experience as a patient with PPCU, I knew I had to help spread the word. This is a service that every mama needs, but unfortunately is overlooked by traditional medicine. In my 10+ years of working in a maternity setting, the care offered by PPCU is unmatched! Now, I’m honored to be part of the PPCU team, helping other mamas feel supported and empowered.
Outside of nursing, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two boys, ages three and seven months. I enjoy spending time at home with my children, as well as strength training and cardio.
My name is Natasha “Tasha” Jenkinson, RN, BSN. I obtained my RN in 2019 and my BSN in 2022, and I am currently pursuing my Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Purdue Global. I began my career in ER and trauma, including travel nursing during the COVID-19 pandemic, but my personal experiences shifted my focus. I first endured a miscarriage, with no education or support to prepare me for the postpartum phase that followed. Soon after, I welcomed my first son and went through another very difficult postpartum experience, where I was made to believe I was simply “crazy.” These experiences revealed the deep gap in care and pushed me to pursue graduate school so I could be part of the solution.
During my second pregnancy, I connected with Postpartum Care USA as a patient and received a completely different level of care and support. That contrast further deepened my passion for filling the gap in postpartum care and continues to drive my goal of helping women feel educated, supported, and seen during these vulnerable times. Since 2023, I’ve worked in integrative medicine as an infusion nurse, specializing in gut health, thyroid optimization, ozone therapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
I live in Montana with my husband, our 10-month-old daughter, and our two crazy dogs! Food and playing outside are my love languages! We enjoy skiing, skijoring, snowmobiling, mountain biking, rafting, fishing and hunting! Cooking, time with Jesus, and red wine are also some of my favs!
With a background as an RN in postpartum, NICU, and L&D, I've had a passion for helping moms for a while! However, I felt like America's standard of care wasn't enough support for the biggest transition in a woman's life, and experiencing postpartum and all its' challenges myself, I knew more care was needed! My health coaching background has allowed me to dig in to what is vital to support our bodies so we can thrive as women: nutrition and lots of TLC! As a health coach for PPCU, my goal is to help make mom's lives a little easier by giving them tangible tools to prioritize self-care to get back to feeling like themselves! Motherhood is no small feat, but it can be more enjoyable when we feel good!
I’m a mom of two (a 5-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son), born and raised in Wyoming, and married to my best friend and husband of nearly ten years. When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me curling up with a good book or getting outside with my family either playing in the backyard, walks or getting to the mountains. I love exploring farmer’s markets, spending time with my family, and always have a podcast or audiobook playing while I cook.
Even with a background in health and wellness, I faced unexpected struggles during my own postpartum journeys — exhaustion, nutrient depletion, and feeling disconnected from myself. That experience opened my eyes to how many moms are silently navigating the same challenges without enough support. Now, I’m passionate about helping women recover, rebuild, and feel strong, nourished, and empowered in motherhood. My mission is to guide moms with realistic, sustainable solutions so they can thrive in both their bodies and their lives — and to help them learn how to nourish not just their bodies, but their souls as well.
